- tilapia (or any fish)
- sesame oil
- soy sauce
- teriyaki sauce
Hibachi Style Tilapia
Heat your pan to medium high/high. We want to "flash cook" the fish. Start with a small amount of sesame oil, and then when the pan is hot add the fish. Use soy sause and teriyake sauce to taste.
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 sticks softened butter
- 8oz cream cheese (you can substitute with an equam amount of yogurt)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- fresh fruit of your choice (some of my favorites include bananas, kiwi, strawberries, and blueberries)
For the crust:
For the filling:
For the crust: mix all ingredients together until a dough is formed. Press with fingers into a greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for anout ten minutes until golden brown.
For the filling: mix together and spoon into the cooled crust. Refrigerate. Just before serving, add fruit and enjoy!
